About Kellyn Patarak

Born and raised in the Santa Ynez Valley, Kellyn is excited to be starting this new chapter in her professional career in the real estate industry. Her knowledge of the local area is an invaluable asset to both sellers and buyers. As Personal Assistant to Laura Drammer, Kellyn is involved in all aspects of the transaction process; she also assists in managing Laura’s rental properties here in the Valley and in Santa Barbara. 

Kellyn graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Upon completion of her degree, she moved back to the area with a greater appreciation of her hometown and all the charm it has to offer both residents and tourists alike. Prior to joining Laura’s team, Kellyn honed her customer service skills at Kalyra Winery, where she climbed the ranks from Tasting Room Associate to Wine Club and Tasting Room Manager. Her dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills make the transition to real estate a seamless one. 

When she is not working, Kellyn enjoys catching up on the latest movies and sports, going on morning hikes, spending time with family, and planning her next getaway.
