Meet Brooke
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Brooke brings over a decade of experience and deep local knowledge to supporting buyers and sellers across Santa Barbara and the Santa Ynez Valley.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, she holds a double major in History of Art & Architecture and Film & Media Studies, along with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara. Her background informs a thoughtful, design-driven and client-focused approach.
As the longest-standing member of Laura Drammer & Associates, Brooke has been instrumental to the team’s growth since its early foundation. Since earning her real estate license in 2016, she has assisted in the successful close of over $700 million in transactions, playing a key role in operations, client relations, and marketing.
Outside of real estate, Brooke embraces the Santa Barbara lifestyle through travel and equestrian pursuits, training and competing in the jumper ring with her horse Ethan, imported from Ireland.
