Meet Brooke
Licensed Assistant | Marketing DirectorBorn and raised in Santa Barbara, Brooke brings hometown knowledge combined with a comprehensive education and nearly a decade of real estate experience to the benefit of both buyers and sellers.
Brooke graduated from the University of Santa Barbara California with a Double Major in the History of Art and Architecture and Film and Media Studies. She also holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara.
After gaining invaluable experience with another Top Real Estate Agent in Montecito, Brooke earned her Real Estate License in 2016. Brooke joined Laura later that year and has since assisted in the successful close of over $500,000,000 in sales.
Brooke works with both Buyers and Sellers from start to finish. Her psychology experience allows her a deeper understanding of each client’s unique needs, and she is able to individualize her approach to support successful transactions on all sides.
Brooke also acts as the Marketing Coordinator, where she uses her love of art and architecture to create bespoke marketing material for each property.
When she is not at work or traveling the world, Brooke (also a lifelong equestrian) can be found riding her retired show jumper Mezcal through the Hope Ranch riding trails.
